According to Arizona Administrative Code R4-43-205.C., the Board has 60 days to review applications for licensure.
Please read the statement regarding disclosure of criminal history prior to completing your application.
Complete the steps below to submit your renewal application:
Scan the certificates showing completion of continuing education for your current licensure period. (DO NOT SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR CERTIFICATES.) These will be uploaded to your online renewal application.

Submit your continuing education using CE Broker.
|2||If your citizenship status has changed, complete the Statement of Citizenship form. (Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1080 requires, in general, that a person applying for a license must submit documentation to the license agency that satisfactorily demonstrates the applicant’s presence in the United States is authorized under federal law.)||Statement of Citizenship|
|3||If your citizenship status has changed, scan the document that proves your citizenship status.||List of Accepted Documents|
Log in to elicense.az.gov and complete the online renewal application.
Note: Your application is not complete until you have paid all fees and the application has a Submitted status on your Dashboard.
|5||You will be notified by email when your application has been reviewed. This email will state that your application is complete, or that it is deficient. If it is deficient, the email will list missing documents.|
|6||Once your application is complete, it will be approved by the Executive Director.|
