Draft Rule on OTC Fees (Administrative and State) The OTCC Finance Committee developed a thoughtful process to recommend a fee per compact privilege to practice. The Committee combined known information, such as the median cost of license fees across current OT Compact states, and estimated information, such as the number of OT professionals with multi-state licenses. The Committee also factored in the current and anticipated expenses to sustain the OT Compact and OT Compact Commission. The Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact allows eligible licensed occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants an alternative method for providing services in other member states.
