Income-Related Fee Waivers

If your previous year's income was below 200% of the Federal poverty level, you may qualify for a fee waiver.

Please note: When submitting an Application Fee Waiver Form, you are still required to submit the online Income Fee Waiver application in addition to the online licensing application up to the PAYMENT PENDING screen. Once completed, please email the Application Fee Waiver Form to ot.info@otboard.az.gov to inform of your submission to the Board. The processing times are subject to the standard processing times for applications. Once the Application Fee Waiver Form is processed, you will receive a follow-up email indicating the decision.
